Even though I've lived and spent much time in moose country much of my life, it seems that rarely do I ever see them. When I do spot a moose, it almost always is unexpected and takes me by surprise. A bull moose steps out of the misty forest for a brief few seconds on this cool morning, giving us an extraordinary moment in time before he disappears in the far treeline.
