"Campfire Stories"

We all have those stories from around the campfire. Some of those stories are small, others big, but most all can hold a lot of significance to us. In this scene a lone traveler catches a quick nap on this cool autumn evening while the warm fire crackles nearby. The fall migration of waterfowl is on as the water fills up with blue bills for the night. This painting takes me to such a peaceful state of mind.
