A drake wood duck stands in shallow water on a backwoods marsh. If you've ever seen a wood duck in breeding plumage in the spring you know that it is a sight to see! The colors are almost surreal. I wanted to capture those subtle yet vibrant color changes in the bird's feathers that almost seem iridescent. This wildlife art print would make a great gift for any bird lover!
