"Waiting For Spring"
Bighorns have eluded me for quite some time now. I've either hadn't had a camera handy, or they've been tough to find. Summers especially they can be difficult to locate around here as they typically migrate high up in the mountains where they can stay cool and feel safe. So when I was able to locate some down lower where it's easier access, I knew I had to capitalize on the opportunity. I wanted to capture a brilliant glow in the sky, a hint of snow in the foreground, and the beauty of the ram's surroundings. The first of two paintings, this ram stands quietly under the warm springtime sun, waiting for the snow to recede
Specifics:
These are high quality giclée prints, printed on a canvas paper. The prints have a subtle canvas texture to them and have a matte finish which pairs perfectly with the acrylic glass they are framed under.
The sizes specified are the paper dimensions and the overall dimensions of the entire piece will be between 4-7" larger. For example: The 8x10" matted, framed print will have an outer dimension of 14x17".
Please take note that 30x40" framed prints are printed with an art board backing and framed in 2" frames.

All framed prints are custom and made to order. Production time can vary. Please plan ahead and expect 2-3 weeks for delivery, excluding weekend days.
Shipping is free to the USA and Canada for all canvas prints. For other international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout.
